meet your needs. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This
Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds and returns.

1. Digital Products (Vocal Presets)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of vocal
presets are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been
purchased and delivered, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

If you experience any technical issues with your download or
believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us at prodbynikx@gmail.com
within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue as
quickly as possible.

2. Mixing & Mastering Services

Our mix & mastering services are custom and involve
significant time and effort from our team. As a result, we do not offer refunds
for these services once work has commenced.

Revisions:

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product. We offer 2
free revisions after delivering the initial mix&master. If you are not
satisfied with the result, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the
final version to request revisions. Additional revisions beyond the free 2
revisions may incur an extra fee.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel a mixing or mastering order before work has begun, please
contact us immediately at prodbynikx@gmail.com. We will provide a full
refund if work has not yet started. Once work has commenced, refunds are not
available.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, such as a proven technical fault or error on
our part, we may consider offering a refund or exchange at our discretion. To
request a refund under such circumstances, please contact us at prodbynikx@gmail.com
within 7 days of purchase with detailed information about the issue.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card
company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right
to dispute the chargeback and take legal action to recover funds. We encourage
you to reach out to us first to resolve any issues amicably.
